ORGANIZATION

        Dr. Han Hao, Executive Vice-President of the Association, graduated from East China Normal University and Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Master of Science degree and a Master of Laws degree, respectively, and then received his Juris Doctor degree in the United States and Canada. Dr. Han had worked in the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Legal Affairs Office for many years as a legal advisor and policy law maker. As an expert in government legislation and policy making, he drafted and participated in the formulation of many laws, regulations and policy documents of Shanghai; as a government attorney for the Shanghai Municipal Government, he handled a large number of legal matters for the municipal government. As a senior lawyer, he has provided legal services for many multinational companies, listed companies, state-owned enterprises and overseas funds, from establishment, investment, acquisition, project financing to capital operation.

        Organization Structure

        IPLBA professional committees currently encompass real estate, intellectual property, dispute resolution and arbitration, international trade, international investment, and international trust. IPLBA also has regional committees in Shanghai, Henan, Ningbo, etc. The committees invite experts, scholars and famous people who are authoritative in their professional fields or in the region of the committees as the president or honorary president. For example, Professor Zhang Yongyue, dean of the School of Real Estate of East China Normal University, acts as the honorary president of the real estate committee; Professor Song Xiaoting, doctoral supervisor of school of international intellectual property, Tongji University, acts as the honorary president of the intellectual property committee; Dr. Meng Xiangming, an expert in international intellectual property strategy, acts as the president of the intellectual property committee; Mr. Yang Jun, a representative of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, acts as the president of the Ningbo committee.
