MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

I.     Application Requirements

1.    Membership

1)    Subscribe to the development philosophy of the Association.

2)    Abide by the constitution of the Association.

3)    Operate in good faith, abide by public norms, fulfil social responsibilities and have no adverse records.

2.    Council Membership

1)    Satisfy the above membership requirements.

2)    Influential in the legal or business field.

3)    At least one member as referee.

II.   Application Procedure

1.    Corporate Member

1)    Application Form for Corporate Member.

2)    Certificate of qualification of the Corporate

3)    Company profile.

4)    CV of the contact person.

2.    Individual member

1)    Application Form for Individual Member.

3.    Application Procedure

1)    Please submit the above membership materials electronically to the Association's official email address (info@iplba.com).

2)    The Association will review the procedures and submit them to the Council for approval.

3)    After approval by the Council, a written notice of membership will be sent to you.

III.  Membership

1.    Standard Membership: RMB5,000/year.

2.    Council Membership: RMB 20,000/year.

3.    Standing Council Membership: RMB 50,000/year.

4.    Vice President Membership: RMB100,000/year.

Membership fees will be waived for one year for application before 31 December 2022.

IV.  Services

1.        Publishing latest information on international trade, commerce and law, providing early warnings on domestic and international commercial and legal risks.

2.        Based on the platforms of domestic and foreign institutions, expanding the channels of external contacts in the legal and commercial fields in the Inter-Pacific Region.

3.        Organising events such as salons, lectures and forums to provide a diverse platform for members to communicate with each other.

4.        Providing legal services in the fields of international dispute resolution, global wealth management, cross-border tax planning, international investment and trade, international intellectual property rights.
